Our Tenant Find service is perfect for locally based landlords with the time and experience to dedicate to managing their properties.

Rent Collection

The Rent Collection service offers landlords the assurance that their deposit is registered and all compliance documentation is completed by us. The safety certificates are monitored and arranged by ourselves but the day to day repairs and maintenance can be dealt with through direct contact between landlord and tenant.

Fully Managed
