If you could give one tip to homeowners preparing to sell their property, what would it be? Don’t make decisions based on the fees. Although important, an agent who delivers the honest truth and manages expectations are the ones who know the market and have your interest's at heart. The agent who provides cheap fees and higher expectations has only themselves at heart.
